インターミッション Intermission

前の投稿をアップしてから、およそ2年の月日が過ぎてしまった。

それまでは、時々、間が開きながらも、少しづつ投稿を続けていたが、ある問題が発生して、投稿がストップしてしまった。

Macを使っている人以外には、何のことかよくわからないだろうが、それまでは、Bloggerの投稿画面から、MacのPhotoアプリのライブラリを指定して、そのライブラリの中の画像をアップロードすることができた。

イタリア旅行の写真は、それぞれ都市ごとのアルバムに保存していたので、それらのアルバムから簡単にアップロードすることができた。

しかし、突然ある時から、アルバムを指定することができなくなり、写真全体のライブラリからしか写真をアップロードすることができなくなってしまった。

何万枚以上もあるライブラリから、過去のある特定の写真を見つけ出す手間がかかり、次第に投稿するのが億劫になってしまった。

最近になって、Photoアプリから写真を投稿に直接Drag&Dropできるようになり、わざわざライブラリ全体から検索する手間が省けるようになった。

それを機会に、再び、イタリア旅行の投稿を再開することにした。

しかし、イタリアに旅行したのは、すでにおよそ6年以上前の出来事。

どこまで思い出せるかわからないが、写真を頼りに、少しでも記憶を蘇えさせるようにしていこう。

It's been about two years since I last posted.

Until then, I had been posting little by little, with occasional gaps, but a problem occurred and I stopped posting.

Those who don't use Macs probably won't understand what I'm talking about, but until then, I was able to upload images from the library of the Photo app on my Mac from the Blogger posting screen by selecting the library of the Photo app on my Mac.

I had saved the photos from my trip to Italy in albums for each city, so I was able to upload them easily from those albums.

However, suddenly, I was no longer able to select an album, and I could only upload photos from my entire photo library.

It was a lot of work to find a specific photo from the past from a library of tens of thousands of photos, and I gradually became reluctant to post.

Recently, I was able to drag and drop photos directly from the Photo app into the post, which saved me the trouble of having to search through the entire library.

I decided to take this opportunity to start posting about my trip to Italy again.

However, it's already been more than six years since I traveled to Italy.

I'm not sure how much I can remember, but I'll try to use the photos to bring back some of my memories.
